Our stunning Manor House in northern Portugal enables you to unwind and appreciate the silence of the natural surroundings from the comfort of luxurious accommodations. The manor house has the characteristic atmosphere of a Portuguese noble house. The house has ten bedrooms spread over two buildings designed to accommodate us with comfort and refinement.

Because we specially picked this villa for its location, you will be able to unwind and appreciate the silence of the natural surroundings. You’ll be able to relax by the indoor pool, play a match of tennis, a game of billiards, or enjoy a glass of wine.  Whatever you choose you will have no shortage of things to do, places to see, or ways to relax.  

The week is chock full of wonderful events. In addition to the optional daily meditation and yoga classes, there will be ample opportunity for you to sample the country’s fine cuisine and table and port wines. 

We are certified instructors in all types of Yoga  ~  Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Yoga for Healthy Aging, as well as Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation.  We are happy to set up workshops or personal instruction if requested.

Included in this vacation package, will be a guided tour of the ancient city of Braga and Bom Jesus do Monte, an excursion to the famous Barcelos Market, and a tour of Viana do Castelo.

We are certified Yoga instructors and will be offering optional daily Yoga and Meditation sessions or private instruction at your request. You may explore the region on your own, visit the nearby Bertiandos Lagoons for hiking or birdwatching or visit the town of Ponte de Lima (Portugal’s oldest village).

Three meals per day are included in the vacation retreat. Wine is served with dinner and will be available throughout the day should you wish to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful country estate

There are options for you to go horseback riding, play tennis, go kayaking, go cycling, swim in the River Lima, play a round or two of golf at the nearby golf course or arrange for a tour of the National Park.

Cancellation Policy:

A 15% USD deposit is required at the time of registration. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of your deposit. If you must cancel your reservation, your money will be refunded minus the deposit up until 90 days prior to the beginning of the retreat. After 90 days prior to the beginning of the retreat, no refunds will be made. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum, should we do so, your deposit and all monies paid will be refunded in full.

**Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. We suggest Travel Guard Insurance which can be found online.**
