Eat, Sip, and Connect Under the Sicilian Sun in September 2021 is one of CHAretreats’  offerings for Autumn 2021.

Are you feeling alone and unsettled as time passes you by?  Do you want to eliminate negative feelings and regain your self-confidence?  Do you want to travel again?  We know how you feel because we feel exactly the same way.

We are offering this invigorating retreat in Sicily where you will have the opportunity to renew your vim, vigor, and spunk for life.

We will be visiting Mt. Etna and will meditate and practice yoga in a secluded spot overlooking the Silvestri Craters.

On another day we will visit Syracuse, the island of Ortygia, and the famous archeological site.

We’ll shop till our hearts are content in Taormina and on our way back to the villa we will stop at the famous town of Savoca where Francis Ford Coppola filmed a portion of “The Godfather”.

We also offer two optional excursions during this retreat; one will be a full day visiting the famous city of Palermo.  The second optional excursion is a trip to the Catania daily fish market.  At the fish market, we will shop for the ingredients for our dinner that evening (our personal chef will supply the shopping list).

Don’t miss this great opportunity to celebrate with us as we welcome travel back into our lives!
